We are authorized to act as an intermediary between clients and insurance companies and AMCs. We are not the insurer or fund house. All policies and investment products are underwritten and managed by the respective insurance companies and AMCs.

8. IRDAI Regulatory Disclosures

• Sardar Insurance earns commissions/brokerage from insurance companies for policies sold through us. These commissions do not affect the premium you pay.
• We do not charge fees directly from clients for insurance advisory services.
• For mutual fund distribution, we earn distribution commission/trail commission from AMCs. Direct plans have lower expense ratios.
• Clients are encouraged to verify advisor credentials at www.irdai.gov.in and www.amfiindia.com.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual negotiation.

If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
